Palm Beach rejected Project Tango expansion 5–1 and then advanced a one-year moratorium on new large-scale data-center proposals while it develops regulations. The proposed project was roughly 20 miles from Mar-a-Lago.
DENIED: Palm Beach County Commissioners vote against the 'Project Tango' AI data center
That makes Trump’s post today, saying communities that reject data centers will become “backwards and poor” and especially ironic.
