In my case I feel kind of mixed on this since while on one hand Donkey Kong’s previous design gets to live on through Funky Kong, on the other hand with the two no longer being physically identical it likely means Funky Kong cannot be added to some spinoff games relatively easily in the future such as Mario Kart since using Donkey Kong’s model as a base to create him isn’t going to be that simple anymore especially with their faces now being more different. Well regardless I hope that won’t stop them from adding Funky Kong to Mario Kart World in the future at some point.

Will I still be able to get this after the event ends? I was so swamped by everything going on in my real life and other games both I wound up missing the event. On top of how I was having trouble setting up initially until last night.

The Rehersal Challenge wasn't so bad once I finished the first part the rest was a breeze since I already did it with just 3 hearts the first time I did it, BUT the Boss Rush took me a good few hours ugh...

Partially just to shake all the rust off, and partially because even though I breezed through Muck the first time I did with just 3 hearts, Elephant being largely in effective made it sooo much harder and I was going way too slow getting overwhelmed. Finally got a fast run and got it though!! Very fun!!!!

What do you want to see in a potential Donkey Kong/ Mario crossover game?

In light of Candy Kong being a part of the final emerald rush, I took on her best design from Bananza's painting and put her alongside her double date pal (and my favorite Kong)

Dixie Kong.

They seem like a playful duo, I'd certainly wouldn't mind seeing them interact more after that cool mention from Dixie in Bananza.

Me personally, I'd go with either Rhys Darby or Taika Waititi.
