I was enjoying my holiday in europe greatly until the time when i made one wrong move while walking and got myself a sore ankle. It was not much hurt but it became painful enough to make me unable to walk around all day.
I decided to visit tourist sights on the following day and now that i cant do everything according to my plan then i am very disappointed in myself. trying to give it a rest.
For those who have been through the same thing with minor sprain or joint ache on a trip then what was the most useful thing for you? Have you been resting for some days, visiting pharmacy or taking advice from doctors
