I got ffs with brian rolfes in may and wanted to post an update about my healing. Generally very happy with it though parts of my liplift scar are still raised but hopefully that will decrease with time. Also wish that my adams apple was less visible but im not sure if they just took off all they could safely? I got fat transfer to my lip but wish they did more to be honest. Anyways still very big improvement from before and im still kind of astounded with my new forehead and brow. I finally feel good about my new nose. The two weeks after ffs maybe were the worst of my life and I felt awful so im happy to be at this point. i was throwing up blood for like 36 hours after surgery and im just so happy that is over lol. 9 days post-op, things going well. However, not really a fan of the douche the hospital supplied. It’s a big bulky thing, and I need a tonne of lube to get it in, which kind of defeats the purpose of using a douche to clean out lube.

Crucially though it has holes on the side of the nozzle so it gets full coverage.

What’s your favourite douche?

helloo i know this is too early but im already excited to show off my new face! im southeast asian and i’ve always wanted to get FFS. but the surgeons i’ve consulted are either affordable but too far (dr baez in mexico) or just a bit out of my budget (dr coiante in italy). as a 3rd world trans woman with a weak currency i had a very tight budget and i needed to make sure i could afford grs in thailand in the next few years.

so i decided to focus on areas of my face that gave me the most dysphoria instead of getting the whole package. my brow ridge isn’t exactly 100% feminine but i was more uncomfortable with my wide nose and square jaw. i always felt like my face was too wide. so i decided to go to south korea because 1. facial osteotomies for cosmetic improvement are so common there and 2. they work with asian noses and well im asian!

the procedures i went for for were rhinoplasty and 3 point facial contouring which included chin osteotomy, mandibular contouring, and zygoma reduction.

as i said im only 1 month post op and this is far from the final result and i still have a lot of residual swelling but im happy with how much more feminine my face looks already! i will of course update more at the 3 months mark. let me know if you guys have any questions!

TLDR: recs on surgeons for colon/jejunum revision surgery? Im east coast USA, bonus points if their aesthetics are good (bc mine… aren’t lol)

Hello!! I am at my wit’s end. My depth is down to the second dot (on a GOOD day) and this is after surgery, complications, and a later depth revision that just removed the scar tissue but didn’t graft anything.

I’m not feeling totally hopeless, I can still kinda have sex, I am on the largest orange dilator and still dilating daily after a year, and sensation is great! I just am so unfortunately straight and dating cis men with this depth has been hard. Also, I know all vaginas are unique but my aesthetics are a little off with the canal being realllyyy not covered by labia minora.

At this point, it seems like my only options are revision. I’m happy to try out colon or jejunum revision, I’m relatively healthy and bounce back pretty quick so I’m not so worried about the recovery. Open to waiting for the right surgeon!

I have a consultation in a few months with Dr. Andre Marshall in California for Lipo and a Fat Transfer as mentioned in the title, I’m wondering if anyone else has either gotten surgery with him or had the same surgery done? I’ve looked up a TON of reviews online and can only find pictures of people who have gotten fat transferred to their butts, which doesn’t help me at all to see what a realistic goal for what i want done is. I just want to fill in my hip dips to match my shoulder size and make my thighs proportional to the new hips. I would love to hear from anyone with experience on the topic!!

if i want to be able to sing after vfs and keep the top range i have, is yeson my only option?

I am trying to decide on a surgeon, well surgeon team since i dont trust one specialist to be an expert in all the ffs i want to get (chin narrowing, forhead, tracheal shave and rhinoplasty). I have a 40k € budget, which isnt enough for facial team with the current prices, and i dont want to go to openclinic in the neatherland since they seem to botch a lot, and their chin procedure leads to sagging and a weak chin.

It's so easy to get a list of top US FFS surgeons, but when it comes to who are the top VFS surgeons in the US, it becomes a mystery scooby doo cant solve. There must be a top 5, top 10 list out there. Thanks in advanced.

I’ve gained over 50 pounds over the last year in hopes of building some amount of facial fat. But it kinda seems like my body genetically refuses to store facial fat anywhere other than my lower jaw.

So I’ve been considering cheek implants to help offset my expanded facial planes. I was also considering some sort of jaw/neck liposuction but it seems like the only version of that that exists is buccal fat removal. Which I’m pretty cautious of because it tends to make people look pretty gaunt, which is my number 1 problem right now. I was also wondering if yall think a lip lift would help too.

Also, a major reason I’m considering cheek implants over cheek fat transfer is because I’m scared of aging and losing the tiny amount of cheek fat I have left. So it kinda seems like the move if I want to maintain any amount of femininity past my 30s.

Hitting about 2 months post colo-vaginoplasty with Dr Stiller, and im struggling with some canal tightening, I was reaching full depth on the orange dilator pretty easily but last two weeks due to the tightening it's been alot rougher.

It seems like no matter how much lube I end up applying due to the tightness none of it actually follows it into the canal with the dilator, it gets squeezed off and goes between my butt. Then my dilator can get stuck in my and I have to be very careful getting it out.

I was recommended to try silicon lubricant, but am hestitant to try that and was wondering if anyone had any tips on helping lube get deeper into the canal.
